When practices hear "free assessment," they usually brace for a sales pitch dressed up as an audit. Ours isn't. Before we ever talk strategy, timelines, or a custom plan, we score a practice against five vital signs — the same ones we track for every client, every month, for as long as we work together. Here's exactly what each one looks at.
How many reviews has the practice collected recently, what's the overall rating, and — just as important — is anyone responding to them? A practice with a strong rating but no recent review activity scores differently than one with steady, fresh feedback coming in.
Does the site load fast, work cleanly on a phone, and actually reflect the practice as it exists today — current providers, current services, a booking link that works? We're not grading design taste here, we're checking whether the site is actively doing its job.
Can someone searching for your services in your area actually find you — on Google Maps, in organic search results, through your Google Business Profile? This is the vital sign most practices have the least visibility into themselves.
Is the practice posting consistently enough to read as active, and does the content reflect the actual experience patients get? We're checking cadence and relevance, not follower counts.
Once someone decides to book, how many steps does it take? A buried phone number, a broken scheduling link, or a form that goes nowhere can undo everything the other four vital signs got right.
Each vital sign gets rated Good, Needs Attention, or Critical, which rolls up into an overall Health Score. From there, the conversation is about which of the five — if any — actually need work, and what that looks like for your specific practice. No pricing gets discussed until we both know what we're solving for.
The Business Health Assessment is free, takes one call, and tells you exactly where your practice stands on all five vital signs.
