I'm Summer — nurse turned CEO, and co-founder of Full Prac.
Before I ever touched a marketing plan, I spent a decade in healthcare — six of those years as a registered nurse. That job teaches you things no marketing course ever could: patience, precision, and what it actually feels like to sit across from someone who's scared, hopeful, or just trying to get better. It's a perspective that never left me, even after I left the floor.
Burnout eventually pushed me toward something new. I landed a sales role that, without me realizing it at the time, became my crash course in marketing — how to build trust, tell a story, and turn genuine interest into a booked appointment. Something clicked. I finally understood how the two worlds I knew best, healthcare and marketing, were supposed to fit together.
That's where Full Prac was born. I kept meeting incredible clinics — especially cash-pay practices — doing genuinely excellent work for their patients, but quietly losing revenue because marketing wasn't their expertise, and no one was translating it into their language.
My goal is simple: help the practices doing it right, get seen by the patients who need them. If that sounds like your practice, I'd love to talk.
